Philadelphia Museum of Fine Arts - Ruth and Richard Perelman Building

Chris worked with the design team lead by Gluckman Mayner Architects on the renovation of the ornate and distinctive 1928 Fidelity Life Insurance building adjacent to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, as part of the museum's integration of the building into its facilities.  The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and now provides room for office space, storage, and exhibitions.  The project consisted of historically sensitive renovation of the existing building, with appropriate upgrades to maintain archival conditions where required.
